Carl Long serves as an Enrolled Agent (EA) and is authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. He is the owner of 3CDL Tax Prep where he provides tax preparation services for individuals, corporations, partnerships and not-for-profits. Carl has over 25 years of financial accounting and auditing experience in the public and private sector.

Olivia Magnett is the owner of Magnett, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in business development and data analytics for contractors in the construction industry. She supports clients with business administration, project management, marketing, and performance evaluation. Since age 13, Olivia has gained hands-on experience at her father’s company, J. Beard Management, Inc., becoming well-versed in compliance, billing, reporting, and operations. She holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and industry insight, including experience in architectural marketing.

Emerson Santos has over 30 years of experience in the Data Center and Telecom sectors, specializing in Mission Critical MEP design, installation, and commissioning of systems including switchgears, transformers, ATSs, generators, UPS, STSs, PDUs, and cooling systems. He founded Infra IES in 2005 and has since led its expansion across the Data Center market in Brazil and throughout the U.S., ensuring service coverage from the U.S. to Chile.
